At Chemmandoor Agro, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
🔹 After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
✅ Damaged ProductIf you receive a damaged product, you must:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
After verification, we will offer:
Replacement of the product, OR
Refund to the original payment method
✅ Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after delivery
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
